This recently built country hotel has been inspired by the Asturian quintanas so typical in this area (a central building and several surrounding buildings forming a pentagon).
All materials used are the traditional materials, such as wood, slate and natural stone.

All of the elements of the QuintaEsencia integrate perfectly into the well  distinctive natural and green environment, the "quintessence" of the spirit of previous generations that we cherish and try to keep alive for use and enjoyment of our estimated guests.

This hotel has been equipped with clean technologies, with an own water treatment installation, low consumption radiant heating foil and solar panels for the supply hot water. Sustainability is also reflected in the separation of waste, the conservation of the natural environment and recycling certain materials without affecting the slightest detail and level of service and comfort.
