Coming from Santander, having passed Puron, follow the provisional deviation to Llanes/Oviedo via the new motorway.  After about 4 km exit at Llanes/La Pereda.  At the roundabouts follow La Pereda/Parres.  After the second roundabout straight on for about 1 km till you see a small brick cottage with a large iron door and 3 green containers: there follow the hotel indications "Hotel QuintaEsencia"to the left, for about 100 m. Then left again into a hardened pathway. La QuintaEsencia is about 50 m down the path on your left.

Coming from Oviedo, take the prvional exit to Llanes in Celorio and follow Llaes este.  Once you arrive at the 4th roundabout follow Santander.  After 1 km you will reach 2 roundabouts, where you follow La Pereda/Parres.  After the second roundabout, straight on for about 1 km till you see a small brick cottage with a large iron door and 3 green containers: there follow the hotel indications to the left for about 100 m.
